ABOUT THE ARTIST: Lachlan Hamilton is a Melbourne based multidisciplinary visual artist, with a Bachelor of Fine Art Painting, from Monash University.

Currently working as a freelance artist in and out of the studio developing a wide and varied body of work, Lachlan also shares his craft through teaching drawing.

Influenced and inspired by many artists working in the fields of painting, drawing, portraiture, street art and comic books, Hamilton's art draws on pop culture and his fine arts background, combining beautifully to form an exciting visual style that brings the viewer something more than just a simple caricature of the icons he portrays.
